Maintaining Your HVAC System

Your heating and cooling (HVAC) equipment should be maintained bi-annually. This prevents major issues that would not be discovered until your unit breaks down and becomes a more costly repair.

Our maintenance service plan includes cleaning of parts, checking for factor specs to make sure your unit is operating at its optimum efficiency, and make any minor adjustments for it to continue to operate that way. Plus, many more points of contact on your unit during service.

Our plan also includes a 10% discount on any repair done at the time of service, priority scheduling for emergencies and prescheduling for your maintenance service. This 10% can also be applied to any repairs that may come up throughout your contract with us.
